A c.17th Jacobean/Carolean revival oak refectory dining table, dating from the mid c.19th, early Victorian period. At approximately 7 feet and 5 inches in length it will comfortably seat 8 people.
Constructed entirely in solid English oak, this table with plank top completed with bread board ends. Raised on base very well proportioned ring turned supports, with block feet, all adjoined by oblong profile stretchers.
A handsome and very well proportioned table, extremely heavy, made from solid oak exclusively. Serviced, cleaned and waxed, and very well presented.

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. This table is in a very good condition, commensurate with its age, and is structurally very sound and sturdy. There are some marks and blemishes, in keeping with age and use. The planks in the top have separated a little leaving small gaps, and the legs have some aged related natural spilt, which all add to its character and charm. No loose joints. Very well presented, with lovely warm colour throughout, attractive patina and pleasing wax polish finish. Serviced, cleaned and waxed, and very much ready for use.
As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
