This is an early 18th Century and later, oak, small drop leaf, gateleg dining or occasional table. This country table of small proportions features a well figured, solid oak, 18th Century, oval shaped top. Supported by substructure of late 19th Century / early 20th Century turned bobbin supports with elongated block and bun feet, with twin gate legs of which swing out to support the drop-leaves, all supported by stretchers.
A charming old table, full of character, in good condition and ready for use.
MeasurementsThis table measures approximately 69cm (27.125") tall, 97.5cm (37.375") wide leaves up, 31.75cm (12.5") wide leaves down and 74.5cm (29.375") deep.

ConditionPlease see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This table is in good condition, commensurate with its age, and is structurally sound and sturdy. Early top and a later base. Top not a perfect oval, and slightly off-set. Some age and use related marks and blemishes. No loose joints. Good colour, polish and patina. Fully serviced, cleaned, wax polished and now ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
