Antique kayak caucasian, handwoven rug, approximately 4'2" x 2'8", dating from the late 19th Century. This rug with red field of birds and lowers with hooked medallion centre, surrounded by repeating borders. A hand knotted pile rug with  fringes to both ends. Wool pile and foundations.
