A Kolyai west Persian / Kurdish rug, approximately 7'4" x 4'8", dating from the late c.20th. The burgundy coloured field with serrated medallions, enclosed by by ivory and indigo narrow borders. A hand knotted rug, of quality wool with fringes to the ends.
An attractive rug, some wear to the pile, but overall good condition, and ready for use.

ConditionPlease see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This carpet is in a good condition overall, commensurate with its age. The pile does have some wear and there are some odd minor marks and blemishes. Vacuumed, deodorised, and treated for moth prevention. Clean and ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
