Persian Qashgaii Khorgeen Saddlebag approximately 3' x 2"10'. This double saddlebag has flat woven panels with brick lattice fields of octagons flanked by barber poles and borders of reciprocal stepped motifs. The reverse with two stepped diamond medallions and zoomorphic devices. A hand knotted saddlebag with rows of looped fastenings to the opening on both bags. Dense flat woven quality wool, of robust construction.

ConditionPlease see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This saddlebag is in an overall good condition, commensurate with its age. A few small marks and blemishes. One stitched repair to the folded middle section of the saddlebag. Vacuumed, deodorised, and treated for moth prevention. Clean and ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
