A west Persian, Kurdish, Senneh rug, approximately 6' x 4'1", dating from the late 20th century. This rug has an indigo coloured herati field with crimson panel of four stepped medalions, enclosed by floral borders. A hand knotted rug with reasonably deep, dense pile, with short fringes to both ends. Wool pile and cotton foundations.
A quality rug, in good condition and ready for use.
This rug measures approximately 183.5cm long including fringes, and 125.5cm wide.

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This rug is in an overall good condition, commensurate with its age. Only a little wear to the pile. A few small marks and blemishes. One corner has little fading of the colours around the borders. Vacuumed, deodorised, and treated for moth prevention. Clean and ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
