We also welcome viewings by appointment at our Leeds warehouse.That said, we recognise that many purchases are made online and unseen, and our returns policy is set out clearly below.Online PurchasesIn accordance with UK consumer regulations, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within&nbsp;14 days of delivery.To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of receiving the item. Our work ranges from minor structural repairs and traditional cleaning and polishing, through to reupholstery carried out using period-correct techniques.All restoration is approached with an understanding of age, construction and patina, with the aim of preserving the integrity and character of each piece.
